Carl has been an active member of the firm since 2008 and is a shareholder in the firm. He has over thirty years of public accounting experience, with his primary focus being income taxes. In addition to income taxes, Carl also assists with compiled and reviewed financial statements, income tax planning, consulting as well as Internal Revenue Service issues and correspondence. Client service is very important to Carl and he feels the mix of personnel at Barnes Welsh & Perry can provide professional service to cover the challenges experienced by our clients.
Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) where he recently received recognition as a thirty-year member. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors and past Chapter President of the OSCPA.
Carl and his wife of over thirty years Mary, have three children, Geoffrey, Christopher and Julia. All three children are an important part of their lives and have successful jobs in construction, engineering and marketing, respectively. Carl enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with the Oklahoma City Thunder, St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues.
